I was searching online for some company that could help provide support to our growing business and I came across Proxify. Koko was a very friendly client manager that took the time to listen to our needs and find the right candidate. The quality of candidates Proxify provides is top-notch! The reason for that is their internal vetting system, which I truly appreciate. Proxify is creatively solving the issue of providing remote team members to growing businesses like ours and for that I'm very grateful!

I hired a developer for a 50% remote position in order to prepare a PoC with a timetable of 3 months. Proxify was initially very active, they located a developer for me, that seemed of good character and capabilities.
The experience was not good as I had to explain to the developer basic needs for proper remote project, like reporting, storing everything on the GitHUB etc. As much as I tried, communication did not improve. I approached the Proxify client manager, he talked with the guy (I also suspected his platform hours reporting was not correct) and things improved a bit. 2 weeks ago, the developer DISAPPEARED. I could not get hold of him, no replies to phone, email. Nothing. I informed Proxify, they tried as well and finally said also "He disappeared".
I had several additional discussions with Proxify with the outcome that they were not willing to take responsibility for the situation. Time is gone, the money I paid is gone and they had the audacity to tell me that the problem was my management capabilities.
So - My take from all the positive remarks that I read about Proxify and my own experience, is that when things go well, everything is OK BUT when they dont ......

Prodify is an engaged company. Compare to their competitors proxify selects candidates based on HackerRank and interview them upfront. Our account manager is able to understand our needs regarding technical skills as well as softskills, behavior and team fit. And they take care of their people during the project if needed. We have several colleagues from Proxify with very distinct roles like senior backend, frontend, QA and testing. Collaboration is a real partnership, spoken words count, they manage challanges flexible and fair. Our collaboration is absolutely trustful. Overall a reputable and honest partner with a modern and flexible behavior fitting to our needs.

Enjoyed working with Proxify, because it is a flat organization and not top heavy. Which allows you to work directly with the developer and integrate that individual and their role as it is part of your team. In addition to not wasting resources on unncessary time consuming meetings!!! Plus Rana, was fantastic, easy to work with, achieved objectives (feature builds and code reviews) in budgeted time. She is a delight to work with.

From the first contact to the continued feedback during the project, going through all steps of interviews and onboarding, Proxify distinguishes their services by the effective care around trust. Our company can trust Proxify, like Proxify trusts the developer they referred us to, so that we can also trust the developer who works with us.

Great experience so far. But could be better at tracking referrals made through their platform. For each referral I made I had to contact and remind them to provide the promised discount due to referrals.
