They keep charging me for the service I haven't used. I keep texting them and trying to cancel my account but they are not so responsive. I have been charged 3 times. Have written to support several times and I got no reaction.

I signed up to try them out since they had a 30 day money back guarantee, but realized my website I had made in another website was much better, so the NEXT DAY I requested a refund and a cancellation. I sent 4 messages on chat, 1 through the website, and 1 on Instagram, with no response. Finally, after over a month, I had already been charged twice, I got a reply saying they couldn't give me a refund because it was over 30 days. Giving it 2 stars because it could be really good, the templates are really nice, but I absolutely do NOT recommend this service.

DEFINITELY A SCAM!!!

This site is lying to people to collect their card information and get free active users and subscription recommendations. They use time pressure to get people to sign up and lure them with false advertising of a job position that doesn’t even exist.

They post fake jobs and ask people to create free employee portfolio then they never get back to you after you added your card and create a portfolio. When you request to deactivate your free portfolio and remove your card, they ignore you and send a message saying you are next for on-boarding.

They then create a new ticket for your complaints, refusing to conclude your deactivation request in the first ticket which was opened I less than 72 hours just to frustrate you and keep your card connected.

The aim is to bill you later for your portfolio without your permission. They would deduct money from your card.

Their Facebook account has fake reviews. Several reviews were created every day on February 2024 and over 30 created on different days on March, 2024. Obviously bought reviews with fake profiles or from the employees they give fake jobs to because genuine reviews are spaced and it's fishy if all your reviews come every day in the same month.

They also submitted fake reviews on respectable website review sites to seem legit.

Setting up the website was generally straightforward for me. However, one aspect that could be improved is the option for users who will be paying hundreds of dollars. Perhaps offering personalized packages, either through self-sending or with assistance from prowritersites itself, could streamline the process and enhance the user experience.
