UPDATE: I received a callback a couple hours after my initial review. Anthony from tech answered all of my questions and soothed initial concerns. I’m going to go ahead with my purchase and hope that Anthony’s assistance is as promised, IF ever needed. Hopefully it won’t be. Score changed from 1 star to 3. Will update again a few weeks after delivery.

UPDATE 2: The customer service has been great. Anthony followed up with me weeks later just to see if everything was working out for me. I’d recommend Pro World. You will be in good hands!

ORIGINAL: Customer service appears to be nonexistent. I called to get warranty info before I spent $1300 on a heat press and the lady literally said "idk" to numerous questions that I had. I asked if she could transfer me to someone that would have answers and she said "I can get you to the voicemail of tech. They don't normally take calls but will return them if you leave a message." I left a message, waited 2 hours, and called back to hopefully get someone more helpful since my call had not been returned yet. I asked for someone that could help with warranty questions at beginning of second call and was transferred to the same voicemail. If I had already had my press and an issue had risen, Id be stuck with no answers while having to put my business to a halt. This does not give me the confidence to shop with them. With such a large investment purchase, you'd like to have great customer support. Very disappointed, as I was ready to order upon having questions answered. Back to square one, trying to find another heat press company with great product AND great customer support.

I give 3 stars because the item came quickly and is nice but it doesn’t work. Been waiting for 2 days now for the technician to assist me. He asked me to send a video of the issue which I did but still no resolution.

The site has a variety of items and the items I have received have been excellent. The magnets were not flimsy and large enough to sublimate for a business. i will be repurchasing.

I've been using ProWorld for my heatpress, Sublimation, DTF needs for 3 years and I have to say, they are EXCELLENT! I ordered a new heat press on Thursday, it was here by Tuesday. They are always helpful and their prices and products are 5 star!
