Had to call (23 April 2026)to get a replacement back light, as the one we had was faulty. Megan returned as she has been before , replacing this light. Once again she provided an excellent service, a very pleasant young lady who is an asset for the company. Just a shame these lights dont seem to be the best !

I managed to blow up a plug which lodged itself in the socket leaving it in a dangerous state (don't use cheap plugs!). I contacted Danny/Prowired for advice and was offered some great advice about next steps and getting the socket changed. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment and Danny provided a very efficient service and I had a new socket installed and the area was made safe! I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Prowired for any work you need and I'll definitely be back in contact in future if I need any other electrical work done! Many thanks!

I have been speaking with Chris over the past few months about electric cars and his advice really pushed me to make the jump to electric. Simon then installed the home charger and the work he done was 10/10. My home was left very tidy and like no work had even gone on.

Swapped a manual Thermostat for a digital one on the heating system. Had to cut open wall to mount wall box, was very neat and tidy. Also removed the unnecessary timer in the heating cupboard and installed a blanking plate without being asked which was a nice touch. Very polite and great service.

The lights in my dining room were flickering when dimmed. I called Prowired and they arrived at the exact time they said and replaced the dimmer — no more flickering!! Very quick and efficient service.

We have used this electrical company a few times. The first to fit some lightings to our new house and more recently to investigate and repair a fault to our garage. On both occasions, they have been excellent, with a speedy and efficient personal service.

I was recommended to speak to the guys at ProWired after being let down last minute by another subcontractor; in short they have been nothing but excellent!

We operate in a specialist field, and required ProWired to undertake a phased install of submains and branch cabling, including containment, terminations, testing and certification. All works were completed to a high standard.

Not cheap; but pay peanuts expect monkeys! Good value overall. I would use them again.

An amazing experience from an amazing business Prowired. Last Saturday which was part of the bank holiday weekend, I tripped the RCD which would not reset leaving half our house without power. Being a new build I called Prowired for assistance as they were the installers. I spoke to Danny who was very patient while I followed his advice to resolve the issue.
It became apparent I needed an electrician to call. Danny soon found a member of staff who drove many miles to help out. This guy was most polite, helpful, knowledgable and efficient. Within minutes he had identified the RCD was faulty and set to work to rectify it. A replacement RCD was fitted and power restored. Everything was checked thoroughly before he left. I was really impressed with the care and courtesy show by both Danny and his electrician. Even on a Bank holiday nothing was to much of a problem. I would recommend Prowired to family and friends. Thank you Danny.

We had a solar installation on our house, including panels, inverter and battery.
From the start to the finish of the project, Prowired were excellent. The whole team were professional, friendly and helpful. They problem solved to get around difficulties on the project and kept us fully informed at all times.

They dealt with sub contractors to ensure the work ran smoothly.
The work carried out was of a very high standard, the site was left clean and neat.
