I have recently installed a ProWarm underfloor heating system for a customer and my conclusion is pretty poor, minimal heat coming off the floor. I've always use Warmup PLC and never had any issues. Maybe I should never of changed....

I ordered online and followed their online sales information to make sure I match the requirements.

"The 100W Electric Underfloor Heating Mat is best suited as a primary heat source for new-build properties or a secondary heat source for older properties."

Im now about to break the news to the customer!

We installed underfloor heating 15 months ago, nice warm feet! However three days ago the WiFi remote control thermostat went “offline”, I tried various things to get it to work but nothing helped get it back online. The heating works just the ability to control it on your phone. Their technical help line gave me some tips but said if it doesn’t work you need a new thermostat. At £70 these are expensive so slightly miffed it should fail after 15 months, I rang just to find out what their warranty period was and to my great surprise it’s a “lifetime” warranty, They are sending one to arrive the next day, brilliant service. Would recommend.

Same experience as the other review on here, called and got the call answered by Calum but further calls were not answered.
Calum was unable to understand the fault and asked for more information which was provided but then failed to respond to emails.
Service is poor so buy your underfloor heating elsewhere.

I purchased a full electric underfloor heating System. After instillation we had an issue with the floor temp sensor increasing over time even with the system off. I contact ProWarm to explain the issue and get some technical advice. The slow response I got back was basic and lacked any real information or knowledge. I returned the email to ask for specific information and that was 10 days ago with no answer. I spent over £600 buying there products and to not even give a response is very poor. I have since rectified the issue by contacting Klima who advised me how to check it and supplied a replacement temp sensor.
