Customer service is excellent, personable and prompt - rates are competitive, do not slip over time, ie not unusual for currency Co's to offer very competative rates to win your business and then drift off over time!

I Started using Provision after Currencies Direct withheld my funds for 6 weeks.
My account with ProV is managed by Charlotte, based in London - Much better then other providers who actually have nobody in the UK you can call when you have a issue.
Rates have been very competitive, Deal sheet is sorted within minutes.
All my transactions have reached USA within 24 hours and most in 2-3 hours which many FX do not provide.
So far ProV has been the best FX I've used in over 16 years, and the only one where I know if any issues are faced will be resolved swiftly thanks to their UK office dealing with everything.
