Love all my silky products - people always say how pretty they are :-) happy to add the cap to my collection of scrunchies and wrap - highly recommend for silky stylish hair

I ordered a container for my diesel additive. They sent me the wrong one. Then customer service argued with me and offered 3$ then 6$ then 9$ as a partial refund. They said they were trying to accommodate me. I said all I want is the correct product ordered. Now they don’t respond at all. This company Sucks!! Beware!!

I am a repeat buyer from Proudess and have loved absolutely every product… scrunchies, a wrap, hats and pillowcases… they have all left me hair the healthiest it has been in about 20 years. My hair is bleached, frizzy and wavy and after waking up on the pillowcase, or using the wrap… or after just taking a hat off- my hair is smooth and sleek!! I still can’t get over it.
