Charged me initial deposit and kept on charging me for months without giving appropriate access to the strategy. Deeply disappointed.

Hi San, Looks like you were given the PETD lease option with an initial setup fee and monthly charge of $97 vs paying the entire amount. Your notes state you wanted to get activated on MT4 and didn't do so for 5 months so we reset your clock and gave you a total of 8 months, so 3 bonus months which started again in February. If you would like to contact us and we can make sure you are activated properly we can rest the clock again for you now. We will have your rep reach out to you as well.

I have two items to bring to your attention
I have two items to bring to your attention:
1. I have noted that you have updated Strategy #4 on your Primo Charts Platform with an option for displaying price targets. I would like to request, and recommend, your company retrofit this price targeting option into the original Strategy #4 platform versions and distribute/offer them free of charge to all of your customers who have purchased Strategy #4 in the past. First, it would be a good PR marketing strategy who may feel that they are being short-changed or neglected by only offering the targeting option on the Primo Charting Platform. Secondly, the coding for the targets is already done and working on the Primo Charting Platform. It shouldn't be much effort to code the targeting option and an Enable/Disable entry on the various other platforms that Strategy #4 was programmed for, such as TradeStation, Ninja Trader, MT4, etc.
2. I have requested some video access to free E-Courses, such as "The Right Way to Trade Tops and Bottoms" and "Trend Trading 101" and have not received an email with the access links. I've checked my Spam folder, too. I don't know if the problem is on your side or mine. Any thoughts.

Hi Gordon, We give away a lot of free education and training but our paid educational strategies are proprietary. If another 3rd party is selling them please provide more details so we can contact them. Please email us the info at trading@protraderstrategies.com so its confidential. There are also many 3rd parties who claim to figure out our algorithms but I would be careful of those people trying trick others into believing they are real. Many people are trying to ride on our coattails of our hard work. Either way the training which goes along with our education I'm sure you agree is extremely beneficial. Feel free to contact us for any further assistance as well.

Stay away from Steven Primo
Stay away from Steven Primo. His strategies are over-priced and without fail will lose money. I purchased some of his stuff and they were consistent losers. It included daily alerts from Steven and they predominantly lost money. Also, all they seem to be interested in is selling you more very expensive strategies.
