They couldn’t get my address correct or my phone number correct. Took 4.5 hours Instead of the 2 hours I was told. When I called to cancel the service I was on hold for 54 minutes and then they hung up on me.

Austin the person who installed my system was very polite and honest. I will highly recommend him to all the doctors and nurses on the mountain for him to install their alarm system.

False promises. When we signed up for ADT, and being on a tight budget, we agreed to go with the "minimum" service. However, when the installer arrived, he stated that if we chose that plan we would have to pay several hundreds of dollars for installation fees, so we opted for the costlier service. Furthermore, we were promised a 200 dollar gift card, which after installation that promise changed to a 100 dollar gift card, but still, to this day, have received several bills however no gift card... wonder why?

I am really thankful to ADT. Now my family has real peace of mind whenever we leave the house. In our neighborhood, we have had a rash of burglaries, including the house across the street. When my son and daughter-in-law had to go to Portland at 3:00 am, I was left alone in the house. It was still dark outside and about a half hour, after they left, someone banged on the outside wall of the house by my bedroom. I turned on the lights and it stopped but it was scary. I think they were checking to see if someone was at home. Now that we have the alarm system, they won't target our house anymore.

I have my notes in front of me it says that the doorbell camera is included in my service I have witnesses to it but they didn’t install it.
Big regret going with this company now. Will save everyone I know from the same mistake.

The gentlemen they came to install our system was wonderful. He was friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable.

The technician who came to the house was in bad need of training. His name was Matt and he spent more than 4 hrs in our home trying to figure out how to set up our system. He called someone who did manage to come over for a short time and help him out and he was very good. I don't know the other techs name.
Being new customers, we were disappointed in the service we received. We also asked some questions about the control pad that was installed and he gave us wrong or incomplete answers. We suggest you train your people much better before they come out to customers homes.

Understanding to what I needed and wanted.

Tech arrived on schedule. Explained system well, and did neat job with installation. No complaints.

I feel I was mislead with equipment cost. It went from 0.00 to 2300.00. I am not satisfied at all.. POOR!

I’m so happy with ADT Home Protection! And I really felt that Casey, the ADT representative who
came to my home, did a wonderful job of presenting all of the security features that are available. He wasn’t pushy like some people might be, but I truly felt that he had my best interests in mind to help me be safe. Thank you, Casey, and ADT! I will gladly recommend your company.

Both Techs were professional and explained fully what was to be done and how to do it after they left.

Our installer listened to what we needed and customized our system perfectly.

Company was very courteous, etc. So far I'm liking my equipment. However, I was told that anytime the alarm goes off I would get a phone call and the first time it went off, I didn't. I'm not sure if it's because I had gotten to the box and turned it off or what but the tech told me they call each and every time immediately so maybe I misunderstood. Also I was under impression from talking with a former manager that I was going to get 2 pieces of equipment for a certain price and was told by the home tech that it was not included. Not sure what happened there either. However, I'm going to continue with ADT and hope I am pleased with everything in the future.

The installer should be more specific on how the contract works. Nothing was explained to me about the hidden fees.

Terrible service. Disappointed from install to present. Do not use this service!

Everything went smooth and fast. A bit more than I wanted to spend, but after the walk through it was worth it
