I must have used this company to insure my TV in 2019 but I canceled this cover by stopping the direct debit with my bank, at the time I had bought a new larger TV.
But since then I keep on getting phone calls from them demanding I make payments for the old TV, the last call he threatened to take a payment but he will not be able to do this unless I tell my bank to pay but this is not going to happen. They should be closed down. Ken Wainwright.

Absolutely furious with the company! Conning my elderly uncle (82) I have cancelled with them several times and they continue to take over 200pcm!!!! How on earth is this company allowed to prey on vulnerable people. Disgraceful!

Shocking - these people should be locked up.
Prey on the elderly and extremely vulnerable. Conned my disabled, elderly (83) father into taking out £300 a year cover for white goods - which he doesn’t even have! He can hardly hear and speak so they should’ve been a HUGE RED FLAG. Have reported to FOS and FCA. Be warned please everyone

the company is a scam they target old folk and sell over priced unrequired insurance i reported them to the police and they kept taking premiums despite insurance being cancelled and being investigated by the police do not trust anything they say

Have been using this company for my home emergency insurance for a few years and they've always gone the extra mile to help when needed. Would highly recommend.
