SOME OF THEIR ADS ARE SCAMS I MADE TO BELIEVE BY THE ZERO OUTCOME.

Avoid like the plague!

Poor quality products, delivery time and initial contact good, it was down hill from there.

Have been charged twice - now can't get our money back - accounts don't want to know, initial point of contact doesn't respond to our correspondence. John who I spoke to sales was going to get her to return our correspondence and we're still waiting!

If I could have rated with no stars I would have done so!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

PLACED AN ORDER ON THE 11TH MAY 2020 AND STILL WAITING( DATE IS 29TH MAY 2020)

ORDERED N95 MASKS X5 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. CHATTED ONLINE WITH A REP , THEN RANG NUMEROUS TIMES AND SPOKE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS WAS TOLD SO MANY EXCUSES SUCH AS WE ARE CHASING YOUR ORDER, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN POSTED BY NOW, WE WILL BE RAISING AN INTERNAL ENQUIRY ETC. I RANG TODAY AND REQUESTED A REFUND -I WAS TOLD THIS WILL BE RAISED VIA DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT( A TOTAL NONSENSE) AND WAS CUT OFF!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND BE VERY AWARE OF THEM!

PS-BY THE WAY THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR REVIEW!!!!

Received goods hand sanitiser 5L Fine but the Masks I bought were very poor when I started a chat online very politely ,Explaining my disappointment I was cut off before I could reply back basically you got what you ordered I would not recommend them The masks were very inferior to the description and £19.99 for a pack of 2

Completely agree with all the previous comments.

I placed an order on 30.04.2020 and, after some chasing, the incomplete order arrived on 12.05.2020. It took a number of attempts with chatting to someone online before the company acknowledged that 50 masks were missing (15.05.2020). I have been chasing these repeatedly (they never respond to emails) through the online chat facility and they finally arrived today.

I have wasted so many hours on getting my complete order - i would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered and paid for my FFP3 mask mid-March. They've got my money (£58). I haven't got my mask.
If they aren't scammers,they're surely doing a good job of faking them!!
Also,as others have said...no response to email back in March.

Ordered placed 7th May on Protectu website. Inflated prices but such are the times. Receipt from Indigo. Stated I would receive updates but never did. 19th May I received text from Royal Mail delivering parcel from Hirix International that day. Wrapped in tape with Indigo logo. Masks are stamped CE ffp2. Came in a plastic bag with a knot in, so I guess they have a bulk delivery which they split up. Here's hoping good hygiene measures were in place. Poor company to deal with resulting in a lack of confidence. Wont be using them again

Cannot get in touch with them and there products don't come with any CE certification or approvals, so are no good for site use.

They're all cheap imports from China at grossly inflated prices.

Avoid at all costs!

Do not order from this lot. The company name is Indigo Industrial Supplies Ltd. and once they process your payment you will find it extremely difficult to contact them (there is an automated phone line, they ignore the website contact forms and also ignore emails).

You may be able to get someone on their chat function but will be told repeatedly that your order has been delivered, dispatched - will end up with more than one tracking number and then eventually that it is at a small Post Office in Shotgate.

Which you can telephone to find out - guess what, it's not there!

They will refuse to refund you so make sure you pay by credit card.

I too wish I had read the reviews before ordering from these people, but needs must and all that...

Like other people here, I'm pretty sure I was scammed.
I would argue that people running this business have no integrity and would charge as much as they can for below standard products and products that are not as described.

They know people are desperate for masks at the moment so they charge ridiculous amount for a masks that now I know you can get at a fraction of the cost elsewhere.

Suits me right for not checking Trustpilot reviews on this company before hand - something that I usually do when thinking of purchasing from a place that I hadn't before.

Anyway, be warned that they will charge you much more than other places and will send you sub-standard product.
And of course, there's no reply to your emails once they've taken your money.

They trade as multiple names selling online and claim to have a number to contact them. It's pointless, they never answer and don't have a voicemail facility.

I bought masks for the covid breakout for me and my family which they recommended on their website describing it as the best and go to mask with valve. I ended paying loads more through them and 5 times more for a similar item from a comparable site.

The worst thing is now the same mask is decribed on their website as disposable and upon further research is for "single use". Bear in mind I've paid over £20 for each mask.

Also the website now advises that prices flucuate daily (after I had placed the order). The items I ordered arrived in what looked like crumpled cheap cardboard and a cheap plastic bag. There was no paraphinalia about the masks. Not what you would expect from a quality supplier but what you'd get from some guy selling stuff on ebay.

This company looks to be taking advantage of the PPE fears.

I do not recommend this company at all due to the above.

Extremely rude online chat. Was someone with title Director. I commented the prices were very high. The answer was - You don't have to buy. Chat ended.
It seems they are exploiting the shortage now.

I am pleased to say that my order has now turned up so protect u are not scammers after all. Thank goodness.
Perhaps they could get their customer service department to answer the phone or emails so that customers know what is going on with their orders.

I ordered a mask for £40.68 (including delivery and VAT) which looked and sounded worth it based on the description and the pictures on their website.

It took weeks to arrive which I can understand, given the current situation.

But when it arrived, it looks significantly different to the one on their website so I search the internet based on the model number printed on the mask it self.

To my sock and disbelief, I found the identical one selling for £2.50 !!!
TrustPilot does allow links to products otherwise I'd add the necessary links but you can search ScrewFix for 516FH and you'll see the mask that this scam site sold to me for over £40

I sent them an email which they obviously ignored as I have not received anything replies.
I contacted PayPal, as I used them to pay for the item. They 'investigated' the issue but took the seller's side as it is not illegal to sell something at inflated prices just as people are in need.

I noticed that the site is now selling the same product for under £15
I guess the demand has died down so they can't be as greedy.

I Ordered 2 face masks priced at £29.94 each.I was charged £10.74 for delivery = £70.62
The masks they delivered were a completely different one from the description of the ones I had paid for.When I looked on the website of the make they sent me,they were selling them at £1.45 per mask!!!! I obviously want my money back,but like others have found,told on the phone to email them.I have sent two e mails and have not had a reply.As pensioner's, money is tight for us.I am going to see if Pay Pal can help.

Ordered face mask on 16/03/2020 money taken 3 days later. Now 26/04/2020 order hasn't been posted. Don’t answer emails.

Well what do you know - these guys aren't scammers after all, they just don't respond to any communication. Masks arrived 7 days after ordering.

This site belongs to indigo PLC. Their website goes to great lengths to tell you they can supply masks and they are the only people to have them in stock I ordered 5 masks as I work for Lowland Search and Rescue who get called out to search for Vulnerable missing persons. We have very limited PPE to do this. It is only after ordering via the webpage as they wouldn't answer the phone that I get a email saying they are out of stock. So they have my money, they don't answer the phone, only have a message to email which they also don't answer. The prices on this site are extremely inflated at least £20 over the normal retail price per mask which is definitely them profiteering. The government have said we should report companies that profiteer. I will be doing this.
