Scam - Paid for a laptop screen protective cover and they cancel my order
Paid for a screen cover via their website and they deducted payment from my account. Almost a week later I receive an email to say the order is cancelled and upon querying this, I was informed that their bank claimed my payment was not safe. Absolutely ludicrous as the payment was absolutely deducted from my account. Very poor customer service to leave a customer hanging with no sign of this being resolved and no acceptance of fault or intention to resolve the issue.... they are sitting on my EUR84.99 payment, what sort of business is this?!!!!!!!

They sent a protective cover that was too big to use. I ordered one for the Nikon D500 DLSR camera. The product I received is unusable, for my new camera.
The invoice correctly states: upscreen Scratch Shield Clear Premium Screen Protector for Nikon D500. Yet the protector I received is entirely too large on all sides to fit without cutting. My friend ordered one for his Fuji Camera and it fit precisely. Mine is too large. I leave on a one week photo trip in three days. Now I have no protection for this new camera's LCD.
