Protected Life Planning are simply the best. I had to make another will after my wife died and they could not have been more helpful and understanding. I also had to arrange another Lasting Power of Attorney and, with all the paperwork for both being managed by them, they made the stressful tasks seem easy. Wendy visited us at home and spent several hours explaining everything in detail and she guided us on completing the documents. Couldn’t have asked for more, and can highly recommend them.

I found the company on line and Peter visited us at home. He made the whole thing easy to understand and Wendy has been very supportive over the phone. I feel relieved that we’ve set up the whole package so everything is taken care of.

Excellent service from Wendy. I had my Will made after my husband passed and nothing was too much trouble. I had a home visit to go through what my wishes were. Wendy always gave me advice on other things I hadn't thought of (free or charge). The draft and completed Will were completed within two weeks. Very competitive fee for the service. My Mum used Protected Life Planning to write her Will. Sadly my mum passed away in Sept 2021 and I used Protected Life Planning to complete the paperwork for Probate for both the DWP and probate courts. Thanks to the excellent service they provided Probate was granted in less than 6 months (during the current Covid period) and with no inheritance tax. They also provided some really good advice about the process and managing the estate as a whole and was always available on the phone, weekends as well. After my partner lost both of his parents within 6 months, Wendy and Mandy were an amazing support. Not only explaining each step of the journey but also assisting with the tracking down of policies and arranging the probate / Inheritance tax forms.
