5 year old sons bed protector!

We got a mattress protector for our 5 year old sons bed. Every now & then he will wet the bed, and we've found the ones we have purchased in the past always seep through to the mattress.
We are very impressed with Protectabed, not that it's a nightly occurrence with our son, but having this mattress protector, gives us the reassurance that if he does have an accident, the mattress beneath is safe!

Great product

Great product, we originally got them for a home birth but now have them on full time (kids beds too). Service was excellent and quick delivery. Highly recommended, thanks👌

The Protect-A-Bed Copper Mattress…

The Protect-A-Bed Copper Mattress Protector has been a nice addition to my bed. The copper-infused fabric gives a bit of extra freshness, and it does a good job of protecting the mattress from spills and dust. It’s soft, breathable, and fits well, making it a comfortable option for everyday use.

Top mattress protectors

This company is great and we highly recommend them. We’ve used the protectors for many years on every bed in our home, they perform exceptionally well in keeping our mattresses pristine. The ordering process is seamless and the delivery has always been prompt.

Radio silence…

We’ve been using mattress protectors from this brand (bought from QVC then) for years, so when our son got his big boy bed, we ordered 2 Tender touch mattress protectors from their website.

They sent the wrong protectors (without warning…) and no paper in the parcel to send them back. We’ve contacted them via email and the form on their website for a refund or exchange, and so far, no replies.

I do understand that, not having what we wanted in stock, they might have sent us the closest priced product, but the features are not the same, and also, the whole website is 40% off since. They could have sent us a premium one, it would have cost them less…

Not happy. Needed some pillow protectors as well; will buy from elsewhere with a proper customer care service.

Ordered on Friday and received a dodgy looking email to confirm order. Nothing on Monday about my order and the phone number does not work and the sales@ email address sends an automated email saying that they are not accepting new orders. Even though the website let's you order.

Will never purchase again as it does not do what it promises

Purchased from Harvey Norman with the promise that it would protect the mattress for 10 years and if withing this time any liquids went through they would replace the mattress. When it did they denied the claim because they think I did not wash it enough times. I will never buy their product again as it does not do what it claims to do on every level

Protect-a-bed Allerzip Smooth Mattress Encasement

Very good customer service and communication. Protect-a-bed responded quickly to all my questions about size of their AllerZip smooth mattress encasement. A delivery problem was quickly rectified by them and a replacement sent. The cover fitted perfectly over our 28cm deep King size mattress. I was extremely impressed by the quality and finish of the cover. I do a lot of sewing and I can vouch that this cover is well made and durable. I would definitely purchase this product again.

Good fit and looks secure.

Good fit and looks secure.
No problems putting it on the mattress. I have been looking for a mattress protector that was well made, which this is. Worth spendng a bit extra, as the cheaper ones tend to fall apart easily.

Excellent product

I have bought mattress protectors from Protect-a-bed in the past and have been very happy with them. My most recent purchase is just as good, I wanted a spare one as they take quite a bit of time to dry. I like that the protectors are so quiet, absolutely no noise - and once on the bed stay in place. They really work well.

Product was OK however dispatch, delivery and customer service rubbish.

Product was OK however dispatch, delivery and customer service rubbish.
I ordered a mattress protector on 10/01/22 requesting it be sent to a different address (where I was recovering from an operation) than my billing address and received a confirmation email detailing both delivery and billing addresses. The email also said that they would notify me when shipped. Three days later I was contacted by a neighbour at my billing address saying that he had taken in a parcel for me which required a one and a half hour, very uncomfortable, round trip on my part only to find that it was the mattress protector I'd ordered.
The same day I collected it, I sent Protectabed an angry email telling them what happened and pointing out that their website under 'order update' was still showing my order awaiting dispatch and that I would receive shipping and delivery updates by both email and text, neither of which had happened.
The following day I received a reply to my email from Protectabed customer services apologising and saying "If you had contacted us we would have rearranged delivery to the correct address and collected the incorrect one.", difficult when, according to them it hadn't even been dispatched! The person replying had obviously nor read my email properly before replying especially when I finished the email by saying "Also, I wouldn't bother sending me a customer service satisfaction survey or asking for a rating unless you want the lowest possible score on either." They were warned!
