Brilliant as a customer, but try to cancel
Been with this company for years, but tried to cancel a few times, due to death of pets over the years. Emailed them last month, and forgot about it. Funny that you receive and answer emails, but NOT when you want to cancel. Found they had once again tried taking money from my bank account. So went to the app which I found online and cancelled that way . Cancelled BEFORE they took the money, but still took it. They emailed me when I asked for a refund, stating it was in ' terms and conditions ' and wouldn't refund as goods been sent. Another month of a waste of money I thought, but no, nothing received, in respect of you stating its been delivered!. When you are a customer, can't do enough, when you want to cancel, nothing but trouble. Will never use this brand again. You've have over 4 years of my money, a few i didn't need. It also states on your website, payment is taken 2 DAYS BEFORE DISPATCH, so I don't know why you say you cannot refund?? Seems to be quite a few people having the same issue. Not a very good service

We’ve checked our communications, and can see your subscription was paused in August for three months. This was the last time our Customer Experience team received an email from you.
Since then, we haven’t received any cancellation requests from you until this week; otherwise, we would have been happy to arrange this for you.
Your cancellation was completed via your account the day after your billing date, so your latest order was processed and dispatched as expected.
As our treatments are medicinal and tailored into individual doses for each pet, we’re unable to accept returns once they’ve been dispatched. We can also see that your order has now been delivered.
We’re sorry for any disappointment caused. Thank you for being part of our pack.
