Misclassifying employees as 1099 when they should be w2

This is a 1099 position however the company is misclassifying the people who work there. This is illegal. They provide equipment, require a dress code and have set work hours. It’s w2 except they make you do 1099 and recommend you open a llc in Delaware to get paid. I’ve reported them to the irs for misclassifying employees already. Good luck

Great experience

Credit is a very sensitive subject

Credit is a very sensitive subject. Talking about your debts is not an easy subject. David, the representative that I worked with allowed me to feel comfortable, he didn’t push anything, I felt like the decision that I needed to make for me was appreciated. The experience I had was that I’m not just one person going through this experience and that there is hope for the future. I didn’t leave any conversation feeling misunderstood or misaligned. Both representatives that I spoke with were very kind and compassionate.

Evan was extremely competent and patient

Evan was extremely competent , thoroughly helpful and above all patient in understanding my situation not just on a financial but on personal level. He spoke very clearly and with a real sense of empathy. People like Evan restore my hope for the customer service space and humanity in general. SUPERB customer service!
