Stringent Policy and completely inflexible and unhelpfu lcustomer service
While Prosperi content is great from scanning through it, there customer service is unfortunately needs more work. They are very inflexible even towards those is dire situations. I bought a 3 months subscription sometime in September 2024, but unfortunately, due to sickness I was unable to go through all the material. I even forgot to cancel the subscription and £19.99 was taken out on the 3rd of December and explained that I am unwell and forgot to cancel the subscription and would appreciate a refund for this payment as I will not be able to utilise the service. They insisted that there is nothing they could do as per their policy, I do not meet the criteria for a refund, even though refund is at their discretion. Also, that I can access their service until the 2nd of January. They failed to acknowledge even though I had said repeatedly that due to ill health I cannot assimilate any information. At the end, I just deleted the account because it serves me no purpose, just an awful reminder that money has been taken from
me for something I cannot use. An unfortuante reminder that of my health challenge thus making me feel even more vulnerable. Well done to them for a great customer service!
Update: I was offered a 50% refund after I emailed saying I have deleted my account and will leaving a review on Trustpilot. I saw this email post my review and here I am providing update.

Do not even try it
I accepted the trial , browsed through it and cancelled before the trial ended.
I was charged $40 today.
I immediately emailed to rectify the situation.
They refused the refund , but did grant me the justice of unsubscribing me !!!
I sent a reply , explaining again why I wanted a refund.
They have sent me another email stating that my case doesn’t meet the criteria for a refund.
Absolute scam.
A company that is touted as a way to learn to grow wealth , taking money it’s not entitled to!!!
I guess stealing is one way to grow wealth.
