These people are crooks!

These people are crooks!
It is a bait and switch, once you pay for the account, they will allow you to login and hit you with a charge to use the AI portion.
If you call their number, it's says its under maintenance.
Good luck getting anyone to reply from their support center.

TOTAL FRAUD

TOTAL FRAUD. This is one of the sites that has very fine print that can’t be seen right away that tells of a continuous subscription. Do not be fooled.

I was I had read the reviews earlier…

I was I had read the reviews earlier about the unauthorized charges. I cancelled my membership prior to the renewal date, deleted everything, only to find an additional charge on my card. Requested a refund and provided the information, was told they can do nothing but not to worry I can use the site for another month.
Absolutely do not use any sort of payment that is not easy to cancel.

NEver signed up don't have account or password Access so stop taking $39.95 out of my checking account. Don't know how you got my information but this shit needs to stop. I tried calling only to get message saying you don't take calls only emails WTF.

Don't subscribe or send them your credit card numbers

This site has charged my credit card without my approval, and refused to credit back my money stating that I didn't read the fine print when I submitted my one time payment as I understood when I signed in.
I advise not to subscribe to their services whatsoever, or you'll be charged endlessly

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE !!
I signed up for a subscription thinking it was legit. I than cancelled my subscription way back in August 2024 and suddenly in January they started charging me once again. I had to cancel my credit card to stop them charging !
This is a scam !

Poor

I used it for 4 weeks or so. Sometimes interesting, but mostly not to the point. You lose a lot of time and energie. The payments are ‘hidden’, so if you forget about it, you lose your money automatically. My advice, don’t buy it. Use Wikipedia instead. It’s free.
