I had a great experience with Chris and everyone at Prospect Safari, even if it was no longer what fit the needs of our business. Simply put, our outreach strategy changed and the tools in PS were no longer a fit. But that does not mean the platform and customer experience was not great.

The search feature was an excellent tool at a much more reasonable price than competitors like ZoomInfo. There were also great automation tools that helped me make sure my sales team was working with clients in the right way. While there was a learning curve, it was not steeper than any other software I have seen.

deal scoring, automated contact rating, web scraping are just a few tools that come with prospect safari that other services charge nearly 20x the annual fee of prospect safari - i can't spend my whole day prospecting in my role - but now the lists and contacts are set up - i have much more success in having conversations during call times.

An outstanding CRM with easy to use visual features and great layout. Fast and responsive. Fully customisable to suit the business needs and first class back end Support from the team. Would recommend for any business to use!

During the onboarding they were super patient with all my questions and requests. I particularly like the search function and being able to view the websites and data side by side.

In a crowded CRM marketplace, Prospect Safari stand out for these reasons; they always respond quickly to enquiries of any nature, they consider ALL feature requests and they keep their users regularly updated with relevant updates and other useful info.

As for their product, it can be effective when used at a simple level and, with time and commitment, it can be a great enterprise tool for storing all relevant information needed for sales analysis. To date, I've not yet come across another CRM with the inbuilt list building function that Prospect Safari offers.

Final positive point is that their pricing is very reasonable considering the features available from the product. If you're looking for a CRM then I can definitely recommend you take the time to look into Prospect Safari
