Just before interacting with a government agency, it turned out that we might be left unaccompanied. And this point was not discussed in advance. This did not happen. Nevertheless, it was better to pay attention to this and discuss the details in case of independent communication. There was no time immediately before the appointment for discussion.
In other steps the communication was enough to get the aim.
