We're a little surprised by your comments, as all ProSolve branches are based in New Zealand and the vast majority of our orders are delivered the same day or next day. Delays are therefore extremely uncommon.

Having reviewed our records, your order was not despatched immediately because payment had not been received and cleared. As with any supplier, goods are only released once payment terms have been met. Once cleared funds were received, your order was processed accordingly.

Prosolve made the purchase very easy

Prosolve made the purchase very easy. I live on a remote island and getting materials can be tricky but the team at Prosolve certainly made it easy. Will definitely use again
