Staff were courteous and efficient
Staff were courteous and efficient - both at my house and at the 'drive up' site. I only was a bit concerned over my on-site timing, but I understand someone needing to call out for the day. When I called to ask why my window was expiring, the problem was addressed promptly.

The efficiency of the ProShred team was…
The efficiency of the ProShred team was very good.
The only issue was they missed our 2nd stop and had to be called back to finish the job. Thankfully the office got in touch with the driver and told him to turn around and come back. Good company and will use again without a doubt.
