Excellent quality
When I initially contacted ProQuip I spoke to Ann and Nikita who were very helpful in checking my order. Jackets, jumpers and windproof top are excellent quality. We wore the jackets at the Scottish Open. The delivery was extremely swift arriving the next day. Will definitely be ordering from you again. Thank you.

I heard nothing from Proquip or UPS…
I heard nothing from Proquip or UPS following confirmation the order had been received and so was unaware that the parcel was out for delivery until a call from UPS to tell me they had been unable to deliver. Since I was not prepared to wait at home for several days just in case UPS turned upthat is hardly surprising.

The product sent was in the incorrect size no return labels or postage included in package and I still haven’t been refunded, difficult to get correct information as to where to send goods back.

Haven’t worn it yet. Purchased for an upcoming golf trip to Ireland. I’m from Seattle, so I know about rain. I’ve been to Ireland and Scotland a few times. I know that their caddies know good rain gear. Pro Quip is the most common brand they mentioned on my trips. That’s my reason to try it. I’m sure it will be great!
