Massive thanks to Graham for a special tour of the Propstore on Friday. Treats and surprises around every corner from all over time and space - what an incredible collection of props! Loved it all.

Having both sold and purchased memorabilia from them, Prop store have always been an absolute pleasure to deal with.

They have the best customer service out there. Ryan has been great to deal with on my most recent purchase and the lovely people in the UK office who helped organise some sales for me were excellent.

Everyone here is an absolute joy to deal with.

Great auction. There is just one thing I will criticize; some damage on the props was not seen in the pictures.

Not only have I had the pleasure of taking part in a number of Propstore's wonderful auctions of movie memorabilia but, upon purchasing various items, I've always received top-class post sale assistance from everyone in the team. I'd like to give a special shout out and thanks to Mark Hochman too for his kind assistance (and sharing his wealth of knowledge) when it comes to vintage movie posters!

The customer service is what will keep me coming back. It truly was unlike any other company I've delt with. Their packing of lots were top tier.

Visited the propstore for a tour, Very nice welcome from Jamie and was shown around by Graham and Matt who were very friendly and knowledgeable. Well worth a visit and would highly recommend it.

My item was very well packaged and arrived on time and in excellent shape. Questions were promptly answered. All in all a very pleasant shopping experience that is tailored to the rarity of the items.

Got a rather affordable item, but the packaging was godlike nonetheless. Shipping was fast, handling took some days. Item price was reduced by UK VAT because of international order.

Not impressed,.. the bidding process is confusing. When you going into the live auction you see a tab that says login to bid,.. you do and then the tab changes to purple and says bid now. When you go on eBay and hit bid now a screen pops up and asks for the dollar amount. This company doesn’t do that, when you hit bid now, it doesn’t work,… you are just supposed to know that they want you to use the box to the left of the bid now tab to but a $ amount in and THEN hit bid now. I guess your just supposed to know this, even if you never bid before. This is opposite of how eBay does it and when your item is live you don’t have time to realize something is wrong. If you hit the bid now without put in A $ value , you should have a error message alerting you ,it doesn’t. The bids keep going up and you keep hitting bid now , eventually the bids quit going up and it says that the internet bidder is winning,.. so you think that’s you. It’s not and they don’t indicate which internet bidder is winning, they is usually more than one. But the time you realize how there screwed up system works,.. it’s to late, the auction is over and someone who bid less than what you were willing to pay has won. No messages to alert you that a error was made, no distinction between internet bids to let multiple internet bidders know who is winning. Even one of there customer service employees said after you hit bid now that a box should pop up for you to put a $amount in. What a waste of time.

Great company to do business with. Five stars given gladly to the Propstore team. Communication and customer care were first class. Highly recommended.

The good folks at The Propstore are truly WORLD CLASS! When calling, they are always friendly, patient, and extremely courteous. The option to make payments, especially on very high-end items, is a wonderful convenience.
The best part, is the packing and shipping. I cannot describe in words how fantastic everything is, to the final moment when you open the box and look at the item. Everything is packed so well!!!

Other companies should strive to be this good!

Propstore is a trusted seller and a reliable company. There are doing this busines since the 90's and are improving their services since then.
