I was looking for the amount of money that I will be required to pay at the end of the year. All I was was taxes for 2023 .

Unless I'm mistaken, I thought I read I would be able to view the report I paid $1 for 30 days. I had the report open and apparently it timed out. I went back to the View link and it now trying to charge me $1 again. That makes no sense at all. I did not even have a chance to review the whole report. Again, makes no sense.

I recently used this service to gather information and was impressed by the depth and breadth of details provided. It offered a lot of valuable insights that I can definitely use in the future. However, I was hoping to receive my plot plan as part of the service, which unfortunately wasn't included. Despite this, the information I did receive will be useful for other purposes later on.

on july 12 I authorized $1.00 payment to propertyvaluescheck ,The very same day they charged $30.00 to my checking account. very upset. my confirmation number is 2455796

The process was very quick. I needed to look up two different properties. One they had, one I could not locate because the drop down menu didn't auto-populate it. The info I received for the one property was informative. But I would use the service again.

The property report was very thorough! Showed past & present value, all oweners of the property & pictures from the most recent sale. It was very helpful!!
