$20 Amazon gift card promise does not seem likely
UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I was promised by Andy Wright @PropertyRecord on 09/06 @6:45:05pm CDT that once my review was published (which = verified), that I would be sent a $20 Amazon g/c. He stated "I would really appreciate you leaving us a review. I'm happy to provide a $20 Amazon gift card for your time. You can do so at "this link" which was a link in blue to click on, then just email me back", which I did that. Now I've discovered that the promise is not really a promise. I've called the customer service # and she said I shd contact Andy Wright, which I did (crickets). So I tried the online chat, another DEAD END. The agent said that once the review was published (which it was) means that it is also verified and that after it was verified that I would receive the $20 Amazon g/c. However, the agent cannot give me a time (1 hr, 24 hrs,) for receipt of the $20 Amazon g/c. As well, to note, YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR ACCT OR THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $28.95, another something that was not agreed to and NOT FULLY EXPLAINED. The agent said that she could not commit to any time frame for receipt of the Amazon $20 g/c. OKAY, that is ridiculous! So I am submitting another review. This is probably not something you will want to sign up for, they are not forthcoming with the future charges and they have promised a $20 Amazon g/c but cannot commit to any time frame of when that would be received. Caution, buyer beware! I have been sent various automated emails from Manager @PropertyRecord saying that I shd receive a response with 24 hours (never happened). I have chatted with a Karmen Jones (manager) @PropertyRecord on 09/07/24 @1:08a and she stated "Once we verify the review, we will send your Amazon Gift Card to your email." I was also directed to a customer service phone number which I called and they asked me about cancelling the account which I did. As far as getting me the $20 Amazon gift card, that customer svc # offered nothing. I have tried using their online chat system and none of these communications available to me have offered any assistance in getting the $20 Amazon gift card that Andy Wright originally promised me. Today is 09/10/2024 and that makes 4 days that I have been trying to get satisfaction for the time I've taken to post a review. I did what they asked, now they are sending me automated replies and ghosting me on providing the $20 Amazon gift card they promised me. I just don't get it.
To start with, I was just curious about the information.
I didn't know I could look up these type of things for my property. It was very easy. It was so interesting to see the previous owners before the original ranch house was torn down and then afterwards, when the new 2 story home was built. The pictures are outdated, but that was no big deal. We have made many improvements. It was interesting to see the permits issued (i.e. like for the new water heaters) It was VERY INTERESTING to see the list of sex offenders, I will have to check that out in more detail. I would have preferred not to have had to pay $1. I am happy that you are promising to send $20 Amazon card for my opinion. I love filling out surveys!
