Very good hands on property finders who…

Very good hands on property finders who don't actively source and sell property themselves but work with independent finders to source investment properties. Some up front fees are involved but these are paid directly to property finders (not Property Secrets) and can be fully refundable as long as buyers don't pull out without good reason, they won't refund investors who pull out of transactions without reason though. Many of those annoyed will have lost fees because they simply haven't adhered to terms and conditions which are strict, but are in place to ensure that they only work with serious investors.

Bad financial advice led to lose of property deposit

An agent who currently works here strongly recommended a financial investment and promised it was 100% safe and secure, and he knew lots of people invested in it and was very pushy to sell it. Unfortunately I took his advice and lost all my money that was to be used towards a house deposit. He moved to this company around the time I lost all my money (previously worked at Bondtilli). Avoid, or at least be very careful, what advice you take. Financial advisors are only interested in the commission they make from selling you financial products. They have no interest helping you, or taking account of individual circumstances. Once there is a problem, they suddenly vanish. They take their commission and you are left with less money than before you met them.
