Absolute time wasters! Agent didn't turn up for the viewing. When called stated would be there in 15 minutes. Totally unprofessional!

1 Star – Avoid: Poor Communication, No Documentation, Aggressive Response to a Legitimate Dispute
I approached this agency to discuss listing a property for rent and asked if they could arrange a boiler service and an electrical inspection. I was told this would be arranged and that details would be sent by email. No such email was ever received.
Instead of receiving a quote or agreement on cost beforehand, their tradespeople contacted me directly by phone to arrange access, and the checks went ahead. At no point was I given a price, a written estimate, or the opportunity to agree to any charges before the work was carried out.
After the work was completed, I was never provided with copies of the electrical inspection certificate or the boiler service certificate — despite these being the actual deliverables of the checks I had requested. Instead, invoices were issued and sent to an incorrect email address due to an error on the agency's part. As a result, I had no visibility of any charges until legal proceedings had already been initiated against me.
When I raised this directly with the agency, the response was dismissive and confrontational rather than constructive. Rather than acknowledging the communication failures or providing the missing certificates, I was accused of trying to avoid payment and told not to make further contact unless paying in full.
Regardless of the outcome of the dispute, this experience reflects a complete lack of transparency: no upfront pricing, no proof of the certification supposedly carried out, and no attempt at reasonable resolution before pursuing court action. I would not recommend this agency to anyone considering letting a property through them.
