Subscription Cancellation

I wanted to cancel my subscription and Ryan was very thorough. He completed it within 2-5 minutes and was super fast. He gave me my confirmation number and as soon as he did I got my confirmation email as well. Awesome customer service.

The service was exceptional

The service was exceptional. As soon as I found the additional charges, your system properly refunded me. Expect a reimbursement in the next 5 business days. Im glad i checked, with life changes taking place everyday and things happening all around us...there was som erelief in finding an issue and resolving it promptly

The representative did such a fantastic…

The representative did such a fantastic job with very quick to respond to my question I can't believe how easy this was to get it taken care of I needed to close my account because I've been laid off from work and she just went right to it got it done. I am so grateful that y'all do provide the service that you do and I probably will use it again in the future thank you for now.

Received historic reports on a house I was interested in pretty quickly.

For some reason, I was being charged bimonthly though. Once I caught it and contacted Live Support, Susan helped me resolve the problem fast.
