For the Public PropertyList.es is a cleaner, more transparent way to search for property. Unlike traditional portals that often show duplicate listings, outdated properties, or inconsistent information, PropertyList.es is powered directly by a professional MLS network. Because the platform originates from an MLS, there are no duplicate listings, and properties remain accurate and up to date. If a property is no longer available, it is removed. The result is a streamlined, reliable search experience with genuine active listings — not recycled adverts. Buyers benefit from clearer information, professional representation, and a more efficient property search process. --- For Estate Agents PropertyList.es is built to support agents — not charge them unnecessary fees. The MLS and CRM are completely free to use. Agents can share listings, collaborate with other agencies, manage contacts, track leads, and operate their business within one connected system without paying subscription costs. If agents receive enquiries through the public portal, they only pay for the leads they actually use. There are no high fixed monthly portal fees — the model is performance-driven and aligned with results. This means agents can reduce overheads, increase collaboration, and only pay when real opportunities are generated. --- For Developers PropertyList.es gives developers full visibility and control — at no upfront cost. Developers can list their projects completely free of charge and manage everything through their own dedicated CRM within the platform. They can upload units, track availability, monitor enquiries, and view lead activity in real time. There are no listing fees or subscription charges. Developers simply set the commission they are willing to offer when adding their development. Commission is only paid upon successful completion of a sale. It is a transparent, performance-based structure that aligns incentives and expands exposure through a professional agent network.

As an estate agent working on the Costa…

As an estate agent working on the Costa del Sol, finding a platform that genuinely supports agencies, rather than just charging for visibility, has been a challenge. PropertyList has been a refreshing change.

The platform is clearly built with agents in mind. The ability to publish listings quickly, gain international exposure, and manage enquiries efficiently has saved our team significant time. We’ve also noticed that the leads tend to be more serious and better qualified compared to traditional portals.

One of the biggest advantages is the cost structure. Unlike other portals that charge heavily for basic visibility, PropertyList provides essential tools and exposure without excessive monthly fees, allowing us to invest more into marketing and client service.

The support and ongoing improvements also stand out. It feels like a platform that is evolving alongside the needs of modern real estate agencies.

Overall, PropertyList has become an important part of our marketing strategy and a valuable channel for reaching international buyers.
