Arsh Ellahi seems to think GDPR laws don't apply to him.

Received multiple spam emails regarding property investment without my consent and no opt-out. I have never dealt or heard of this guy before.

Reported to the ICO.

Can’t unsubscribe! This is the worse company I have ever had any dealings with! You would think all of the bad reviews they have been receiving would make them buck up their ideas!

Hello, I filled in an online form in Australia from an Insta ad- I cannot access the app and I cannot find your website. It was pitched in the ad that I was getting download information, however the outcome was someone is going to contact me. I would like to remove my information from your database. How can I do that? Thank you.

I initially thought this app would be good, how wrong I was. Reserved a block or flats only to be told that they had already been sold. Then reserved another property which had a EPC rating of F (illegal to rent out). Finally identified an HMO. Vendor was so slow responding to my solicitor’s request to the point that my mortgage offer expired, leading to a deal collapse. Attempted to get refund from the app but was told I would not be getting it back even though it was a fault of the vendor. Dealt with guy called Arsh, who was dismissive and fobbed me off on several occasions. Avoid - much better sourcing companies out there. Considering seeking legal action to reclaim my sourcing fee

Having never used a property sourcing agent before, I must admit I was a little bit dubious at first, however, following on from a telephone call with Arsh Ellahi, I immediately felt at ease. We viewed the property and everything ran smoothly from thereon in, our first HMO with awesome returns! I would recommend Property Investor App to all and will certainly be using it again too.

Fantastic app if you are a property investor looking for any type of property whether it is a HMO, rent to rent or a below market value. Definitely recommend as these property are direct to the vendor.

Spam with no option to unsubscribe. Guess only way is via ICO for breach of GDPR. Plus all properties are heavily overpriced.

This app does not have any deals on there, therefore a pointless App.

I have deleted it now and will stick to Rightmove

AVOID! There's no way of unsubscribing or deleting your info. It's a scam to collect your data & breaches gdpr regs.

This is my first time using Property Investors App. I can't be more happier with the service and support I received from start to end of my property deals. This is a well developed app that is free to download and easy to use. What I really like, is that the deals are presented in a very clever way, with complete breakdown of the costs involved and the cashflow forecast, making it so much easier for an investor to make the right kind of decisions. Speaking from a personal experience as a sourcer who sold several properties through this app, I honestly could not recommend the “Property Investor App” strongly enough. Simply put, If you are an investor or a sourcer, this app is a must! Well deserved 5 star rating from me.

Doesnt appear to be any way of unsubscribing to these emails - no unsubscribe button in the emails, no email address to contact on the website and the emails come from a non-reply address

We bought an HMO property through Property Investor App this year. We love Property Investor App as it's easy to use and very informative. Buying property can be very stressful especially when you live thousands miles from the country. However, Arsh had been very helpful throughout the purchase process. He was always available to contact when there was problems and he really is a problem solver! He couldn't have done his job any better with us. We are very happy to work with him and looking forward to working with him again in the future. Thank you so much, Arsh, we really appreciate all your help.

I purchased an existing HMO through the property App. I must admit that I was a little dubious at first and concerned about paying the fee to reserve the property I wanted to see. After a short phone call with Arsh Ellahi my mind was soon put to ease and everything from there on in went very smoothly. We now have a great little investment with a fabulous cashflow. If you’re overwhelmed with all the research or tired of the endless hours spent browsing the web, then the property App is for you! It’s money well spent and would definitely use the app again.

My problem with this company has been dealt with in a very satisfactory manner.
