Never got the report from the clerk from Daleys.
Phoned to speak to someone got a rude and obnoxious gentleman called Victor. I would not recommend this company. This gentleman requires serious retraining in customer service. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Mixed experience with Daley Inventories. The initial service was smooth and straightforward. However, communication after payment for a few of their services was extremely poor.

I had to chase for over 3 weeks to receive certificates I had already paid for, delaying my tenants moving in and costing me time and money. Emails were ignored, phone calls were met with rude and unprofessional responses, and I only received the documents after threatening to escalate the issue.

They eventually delivered everything, which is why I’ve rated 3 stars — but the stress and lack of basic customer service especially over the phone needs to be improved.
