Very quick response to my request for an updated BER post installation of PV solar panels. This was required for the payment of the SEAI grant, so their quick attention expedited this process.

Excellent service. Pierce was reliable, fair, and went above and beyond. He noticed that I had requested the wrong report for my needs and, instead of simply proceeding, took the time to contact me and explain the situation. Thanks to his honesty and attention to detail, I avoided receiving an incorrect report and having to pay again for the right one. Highly recommended

Property Doc worked on my self build right from the planning stage, advice and experience from the start of built, right up to helping with retrofitting and grant paperwork was excellent, as a subbie on site the BER / Energy adviser is invaluable and quite under rated.
With the price of house build , the advice and paper trail that the correct Energy adviser brings to the table is invaluable and should not be underated.

I am always a little skeptical of BER surveys, thinking they are very formulaic.

I found Pierces approach to be very different, and hugely insightful. I met him before carrying out upgrades, and he guided me through the process, and was very good on advice on what would work, and what might not be as useful.

The end result was a A1 BER rating for a 100 year old terraced house, which was a fantastic result. He was very responsive, conscious of costs, and really helpful.
