I can only assume the previous negative reviews are user error, because this site has been an absolute lifesaver for me this past week. Michael in customer support has gone way beyond in his assistance with further queries I've had, to say he has gone the extra mile is a vast understatement.

I subscribed due to a boundary dispute, and the Land Registry boundary overlays over the Ordnance Survey base that shows fences, hedges, walls, and other topographical features is absolutely perfect.

I have nothing but praise for this site, and highly recommend it. Customer support is extremely quick, and my take from the negative reviews as I say, is user error, or not bothering to contact support.

Absolutely top marks, and if all websites/companies operated in the way Property Data does, customer satisfaction across the board would be all the better for it.

Easy to sign up. Got emails during the trial period making sure we understood when the trial would end. Used the data to show the seller that their price was the second highest in the entire area for a 4-bed in this postcode with the same sqft, and that sales are down 60% in their area, and days-on-market is over 260 IN THEIR AREA. Faced with the facts the sellers accepted our lower offer and we are now in contracts. Super easy tool to use. Great data you can't get anywhere else. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Data is ok not the best formatted or complete but did the job. Got rate limited alot unless I paid for the top package which is way too expensive.

Never received any acknowledgement of new account creation. They still charged my credit card and can't log in because they do not recognised the email address that I signed up with because they never created an account for me.

Free trial comes to end and unable to access account noticed that funds had then been taken for 3 months as the subscription was ongoing despite not being able to access the account as it had come to an end.
