Bought and paid for 2 software keys…nothing after 3 days, sent an email, no reply, sent another to another email address they replied asking me to sent a screenshot of the error….i have no error I just have no keys that were paid for….stay well clear

It stopped working today
It stopped working today, just two hours before I needed to meet a deadline using Word. I contacted support but haven’t received a response, possibly because they operate in a different time zone.
To get myself out of the situation, I had to purchase a full Microsoft licence. As the licence I purchased from this seller has now expired, I can only assume it was not legitimate.
Others can make their own decision, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or seller.
