A terrible experience. I arrived at Malaga airport earlier than expected. Was told they would deliver the car within 40 minutes (because their driver was out doing deliveries). They had us waiting in the airport garage for 2 hours, well over the time I had originally scheduled to be picked up! They only had one person working at the garage, so it was an impossible situation for the employee. It is a terrible thing to have to wait this long after arriving from a long flight. Avoid this company at ALL COSTS. The employee was very kind, it was not her fault. The company is to blame 100%

Absolutely terrible experience with ProParking at Málaga Airport.
I had a confirmed reservation for 4:15 AM. I arrived on time, but nobody came to collect my car. I called numerous times, but nobody answered the phone.
I was left stranded at 4:15 in the morning with a flight to catch and under an incredible amount of stress.
I booked ProParking specifically so I could have a reliable and stress-free parking service, but they completely failed to provide the service I had booked. Nobody showed up and nobody answered my calls when I desperately needed help.
This was extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend being very careful when booking with this company. I certainly would not use them again.

Proparkings is a parking company we used at Malaga Airport. Relatively cheap. Super reliable. Smiley faces. Helpful people.Very responsive. Exactly what you want! We parked at the recent bank holiday weekend and, despite the bedlam at the airport, their service was excellent!
