I felt that Grant really cared about my user-experience of Propalt and this was illustrated by his willingness to change the conversation piece in line with me asking lots of different questions all at once, seemingly! He also shared private numbers so i can get hold of him any time which shows that he sincerely wants to help out.

Great System. Great Service. Great Support. Grant/Matt have been very patient with us whilst we decided if PropAlt would be beneficial for us as a buisness. After 2-Demos we decided to proceed, and within a week of utilising have already secured a handful of clients from the outward marketing. There are on-going improvements being made constantly but Grant has kept us informed and welcomed feedback to improve for the end-user.

Grant is helpful, approachable and friendly. I'm using it to target specific houses for a client, and he gave clear instructions during our meeting.

Propalt is a useful tool for checking data, and I use it on a daily basis.

I have been using Propalt now for the past year and it has been a game changer for my business. I have had demo's with a lot of the competitors and it seems to me that it's definitely ahead of curve when it comes to data, user interface and the capabilities.

We have managed to write tons of business as a result of using Propalt and being able to get direct access to landlords. I have also purchased my own property on the back of building a relationship with a landlord who came from Propalt. So all round a great service and will continue using.

Propalt is a great 'tool' to focus direct mail to go out on an automated basis, saving me time on such tasks. Tech driven and easy to use platform. A really helpful account management/ customer success team who are very response and always eager to help us get the most out of the Platform. Great system and friendly onboarding, Grant was very helpful indeed, very accommodating with our needs.

It's a really good system. I'm still getting to grips with it, however it has a wealth of great data and seems more intuitive than other similar systems I've used before.
