Plants arrived in good condition and quickly perked up after planting. No plastic packaging- massive bonus. My only concern is that they arrived so late in the year. Hoping the weather will hold long enough for them to really get established before the first frosts

Bit of a wait, but plants in good condition and growing away nicely.

The plants all arrived in great shape and everything I ordered was there. I also liked the minimal cardboard based packaging.
I strongly disliked that I couldn’t get an accurate delivery schedule and the inconvenience of that would put me off buying from propagation place again.

I placed one order this year which would be spread over Summer, curbits, hot house and autumn. All to be collected from the Farm at times and dates I would select. The Summer batch was delivered unexpectedly and we were unable to plant out immediately so the survival rate was poor. Curbits was OK. Thinking I was collecting some plants missing from the Hot House batch, we ended up with half the summer batch again. I cancelled the rest of the summer batch and was told they couldn’t produce the missing Hot House batch plants so would get a refund (I was expecting plants so a refund was not helpful). I went to pick up the final Autumn batch and it was not ready so had to return the next day. I love the concept of locally-produced, no-plastic plugs. It’s very convenient as our allotment is part of the Farm site and the staff have always been lovely. However, my experience this year has been pretty useless. It’s not easy navigating back through emails to find out what should be delivered when, when things go wrong. And the delivery of different batches of plants at different times is way too complicated. So on balance, I’m probably not going to be buying plants from here again.

Plants were well packaged. But the package can be easily damaged as it was. The plants were quite small and needed careful handling. Ill be able to say more as they develop

The small plants are an excellent way together a head start while the soil is still warm. They all arrived carefully wrapped in sustainable materials. Some of the plants were a bit tall and leggy but I’m hoping they’ll recover now they’re in the ground.

My plants arrived on time and in good condition. They were sturdy and healthy and the packaging was 100% compostable. A great experience all round.

A wonderful crop of coriander and other herbs.

The plants always arrive when promised, packed with care and in great condition.
The scotch bonnets are in great condition.

Due to health problems, I was not around to prepare ground and sow seeds.

Great experience. Firstly the plants were in first rate condition. Sturdy artichoke plants at right stage for planting out. I appreciate that delivery may not be instant - it's all about what's best for the plants. Secondly the packaging was brilliant. All easily biodegradable, cardboard, tape and straw.

Communication with the company is pretty good. However it’s been a month since I put my order in with no update other than their computers had a glitch. Just want my order now.
