Smart Scam.
I had a negative experience. On March 6th, I paid for two soundcloud plays orders. As of today, they haven't been fulfilled.
They rarely respond to emails and avoid direct questions. Eventually, they raised my nationality and refused to fulfill the orders. I haven't received a refund. I wouldn't recommend using them.
If they want to find a reason not to fulfill your orders and keep your money, they'll find it.

I used Promo Sounds to promote my music, and it was a huge mistake. They completely scammed me. The streams they gave me were fake — Spotify literally reached out to let me know that the activity was fraudulent and even issued a strike on my account.
My numbers started disappearing soon after, and it was obvious the streams weren’t organic. They weren’t coming from playlists or real listeners — I saw 86 “listeners” all from random, suspicious sources at the exact same time.
When I reached out to Promo Sounds asking for a refund, they refused to give my money back. They just ignored the issue and didn’t take any responsibility.
Don’t waste your money. It’s a total scam. If you care about your artist profile and want to grow naturally, stay far away from Promo Sounds.

Stay away from this company they are scammers and don't deliver nothing. First I did a trial buy a small order on 15th of July which they delivered, but now i lost all this Spotify followers. On the 19th of July I did pay for another campaign , where they have not delivered nothing, just scammed me for $66. I wrote an email like 10 times which they don't respond to my messages. STAY AWAY, SCAMMERS SCAMMERS. the reply from them is also a lie, i have proof of all the mails i have sent and the email address they reply with here now, it's not the mail to support who they have on their website or on the order confirmation.
