when everything can go wrong...
I chose this company because the reviews were positive, but unfortunately almost everything went wrong with our order.
The first order arrived broken at their warehouse and had to be remade. The second order was lost in transit, and we were not informed about it. The third order finally arrived, but the entire process took four months.
On top of that, 4 mugs were missing from the delivery, and the response we received was essentially that this can happen during production.
Customer service did try to help when contacted, but there was a complete lack of proactive communication regarding the various issues we encountered. We also received the wrong tracking number on three separate occasions.
Perhaps we were simply unlucky, but based on this experience, I would not order from this company again.
