Absolutely the worst quality and CS -
I CONTACTED THEM and disputed my charge - I have re-disputed and Amex is doing a further investigation -

Terrible quality dress, color was goss Yellow, hems were unfinished - split was un even - it was a size 2 not a 4 i could'nt even zip it and I am 119 pounds -

I should have read the reviews before purchasing.

I ordered a dress in a standard stock size — nothing custom. It has now been a month, and the dress still hasn’t shipped. I’ve reached out three separate times, and each time I’m told the dress is ready and just awaiting shipment. I even provided the specific date I needed it by, and that didn’t seem to matter.

At this point, it feels like I’ve been scammed. I’m out $180 with nothing to show for it.

By far the worst experience I have ever encountered. They seemed promising at first but once the payment is a made, the customer service depletes and they don't honour their refund policy so no you won't get your money back even tho they messed up.

I search my daugher's sweet 16 dress online, and I find Promfast, At first I was not confident about online shopping, so I just wanted to give it a try. It turned out that promfast is a trustworthy shopping website. The dress is very suitable and beautiful. Thank you for my right choice. It was a great shopping experience. Not at all happy with my purchase. I ordered a light yellow mermaid dress. they sent me the wrong size, the stitching was not finished, some seams looked as if they were about to break but worst of all there were bright pink splotches of dye on the material. The dress came in horrible condition. will not be ordering again

Would give 0 stars if I could! Ordered a custom dress in November 2022 that was made incorrectly (my 13 year old daughters nipples show in her dress) and here we are April 2023 and they are still promising to make it right and refund me part of the order. Horrible product, horrible customer service!!! Would be happy to share more info. I have MONTHS of emails, broken promises and photos.

This was a couple months ago but I really want to thank you for all the effort you put into the dress, especially finishing it in a small amount of time. My mom was skeptical but really loved the results in the end. She even started recommending your store to other people and said that I should order from you guys again! I got so many compliments on the dress and was surprised the fabric had glitter since the images didn’t show that, but It was a nice surprise since that was what I was looking for. Thanks again and have a great summer! Hope to have another large occasions as an excuse to order from you again!

I was hesitant to order a gown online so I reached out to Promfast asking if I could return it if it didn't work out. I was NOT ordering a custom size so they said OK (I have emails to prove). When the dress arrived it turned out to be cheaply made, with a horrible polyester lining that made me sweat within 2 seconds of wearing it. I reached out to Promfast asking for the return label and they simply disappeared! After a few emails arguing with me that the dress was custom size (it was not, regular size 2 US), they stopped responding to my emails altogether. Shady business with shady practices - beware!

It looks really nice, the sizes are confirmed with me. I appreciate your abilities.

They sent me the real photos of the dress before shipping to me, It turned out so beautiful.

Be careful before you decide to order from Promfast. I was worried about ordering online and their strange return policy so I emailed customer service and asked if I would be able to return the dress if it didn't work out. The response said: "yes". When the dress arrived it was very cheaply made and I asked for a return label. It's been a couple months and no one got back with me. They lie to get your business, beware! If you can't return it's already a red flag!

Ordered a wedding dress for $183.00. Paid around $200.00 with shipping costs. It arrived in about a month''s time, which is expected as I needed custom sizing. The dress exceeds my expectations. It is very well made, heavy quality fabric, and good stitching. It was left a little large to allow for alterations. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I ordered it about 4 weeks before my prom and it arrived with plenty of time! The quality is fantastic and the fit was great! I was originally concerned because it was shipping from China but everything about the experience of buying from this seller and everything about this dress were beyond exceptional.
also it is custom made, nice look!

This dress is gorgeous!!! I usually have a hard time finding a dress that fits, without the need for alterations. I got an US4 and it fits perfectly! And it's so comfortable.High quality and so reasonably priced. I also had a question for the seller and they reply quickly. Great service.

Recently received this dress and I'm so in love with it. The shipping was really fast just when it was promised. Excellent communication with the seller. She always replied fast and was really understanding. I have no words for the dress itself. ITS GORGEOUS. The sizing is perfect and the design itself is so unique. The quality of the dress is amazing. It's a prom dress I always dreamt off and it's even better than I expected. I look like a real princess in it. Can't wait to slay the prom with it.
