Poor attitude
After signing up for a service I was surprised to see my password sent openly in an email, not once but twice (which must mean they store it unencrypted - very bad practice). When I told them about the security issue they didn't care, and cancelled my account without warning. Behaviour I would expect from a sibling who is offended that I criticised them and wants revenge, but not a proper company. I found somewhere cheaper and better so it worked out well.
