I had to give 1 star to write a review but this company is not even worth 1 star. Tell you why-
I ordered 6 items from this company totally nearly £130.00, waited ages for delivery and when ordered arrived I received totally wrong goods. I reached out to the merchant and received a reply the following day asking me to upload photos of received goods which I did. They then replied saying they take responsibility and needed to check with their warehouse (Total lies- just to prolong sorting out) then after couple of weeks I had to reach out again to be told that returning the wrong items would cost me a lot as it is an international address which they did not supply and the return costs is up to me to pay (lies- just so you do not return) then on the same email I was asked if I would accept 20% of new order.. No refund or exchange for original items ordered. Avoid like the plague with this company- they are thieves

This company disguise themselves as a similar legitimate company with a similar name,
but they have added an extra 'S' to the Company name that looked the same, and so the search engine had grouped them as the same Company...
For further reference, DO check the Company address if using someone for the First time, even if, as in our case, they had been recommended.
We had paid for a personalised football kit for our 6-year-old grandson with his name on the back.. Explained it was for his birthday; however, when it did not arrive, I emailed them to explain and received a dismissive `generated` response... Then, after more attempts to contact them... ` Radio silence.`
Having heard nothing from them despite numerous attempts, we have been made aware by our Bank that this company has attempted to rob £350 from our account...... So not only have these thieves not delivered what has been paid for ... they have now attempted to steal more money, as well as setting up to have regular payments taken from our account. Fortunately, our bank has recognised the danger and stopped the Fraud...... This company are Theives and Scam merchants who have no conscience when it comes to stealing... Tell everyone... but do not give them your money

Absolute scam! So annoyed at myself for not reading reviews first! Sent completely the wrong item then refuse to give refund and don’t reply for months even after multiple chasers. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!

Terrible - avoid!
Scammed twice by these clowns. I never received the item I actually ordered and never received a refund. Was told it would cost me more to return the item than they would offer to refund!
Second item (which I had to pay for) arrived incorrect AGAIN and they just stopped responding to my emails.
Don't buy from them unless you want to throw your money away!
I can't believe I've been taken in by them!

Ordered a football kit and shorts. Kit arrived far too small and shorts were missing. Emailed to ask for a return on the shorts and they would only send offers of discounts on other items from generic emails. Not even replying from the thread. I'll be reporting them to my bank. Don't waste your money or time on them. They should be struck off!

Same as everyone else. Ordered one kit, they sent a totally different one. Poor quality. Too small. I'm so disappointed as this was for my son's birthday and we can't afford another one. How do company's like this get away with this stuff?

Got the order wrong. Emailed and got a reply saying would be looked into but never heard anything back. Sent 3 more emails since and no reply.

Don't bother wasting your money

Same as above. Sent wrong kit then tried to get me tp purchase more instead of refund. The quality of the merchandise is terrible. Not wearable.

Ordered a pair of Ajax third shorts.
Had to wait over a full calender month for delivery only to find that they sent a pair of cheap white Chinese shorts. These are not even usable as the Chinese sizes are far smaller than the Adidas size.
No response from the seller.

SCAM SCAM SCAM BEWARE. If i could leave zero stars i would. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. After ordering a kit for my son a kit did arrive but not the one we ordered. I have been trying to get a refund or the correct kit but no joy. Bunch of theives now having to go to the bank to tell them I have basically been robbed

It's a fake webside! You have to be careful! You buy your favorite club and they send you the England national team shirt. Please, it's a scam! Be careful! And I also have evidence with messages that promise to solve the problem, but they don't make themselves heard anymore.

Ordered a home AFCB kit and they not only delivered the wrong kit, but the wrong size. cannot get through to them on the phone and send generic emails back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Wrong shirt was delivered. Company said I had to pay shipping costs to send back the wrong item which they confirmed was their error. Refused to issue a refund or send a replacement until I sent back the shirt at my cost. I have referred the matter to my credit card company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Much as other customers have said be aware this is a scam website ripping off a similarly named uk company.
I ordered one kit and after 4 weeks waiting, received a different one which is worth far less and not what my son wanted at all.
Raised it with their ‘customer service team’ who would investigate. They offered me to repurchase the correct item at a 20% discount but I refused. They then offered me a 40% discount but I refused. They then agreed I could return the kit to their overseas shipping address at my expense and then they would process a refund. Of course I have refused.
There is a UK returns address on the delivery label so I have countered I will return the product to there and I want a refund on proof of postage. This obviously isn’t going to happen either so have raised a credit dispute.
Annoyed with myself for not dbl checking the website but please avoid!!!

I would give no stars if I could. Same as other reviews they are sending out wring kits (assume they dont have the others) then offering a discount on buying again rather than a return or full refund. All info on website is incorrect, they do not have a manchester address and th trust pilot score is make up.

I will be contacting authorities/trading standards, please do the same

I ordered 2 football tops for my grandchildren. They sent them out but they were the wrong tops and the wrong sizes.
I contacted them immediately and was told they would sort it out but after several weeks and numerous emails they told me I could have a 20% discount on reordering the kits with them. I refused and they upped it to 40 %. No apology, no replacements unless I pay again and threats about how much it will be to send the other tops back at my expense.
Shocking customer service do not buy from this company.

Kit was ordered for my sons birthday from a website where the registered address was manchester and it stated personalised kits would be dispatched within 3 days. The kit finally arrived 4 weeks later and 3 weeks after my sons birthday. The kit came from China!
There is no socks with the kit yet the advert shows the socks as part of the kit and nowhere did it state there were no socks. The kit is a copy and I paid £41.99 for this including delivery because I believed it was coming from manchester not China. I could have bought a kit from china myself for a quarter of this price, better quality and with socks! Avoid this company!

To Start with I,had to give 1 star, otherwise I would have given minus 5 stars! I ordered Newcastle united Away Shirt and Away Shorts in a Large. I received the Newcastle United Home Shirt (L) and a pair of England Shorts in a Small size! Numerous emails later and they say I can keep them and have 20% off if I reorder, otherwise take a full refund but return the goods at my expense! Got on to PayPal and they sorted it straight away,I got a full refund and they are sorting it out! Full and total Respect for PayPal.
Do Not Think about using Prokitsdirect, they want you to purchase items twice, that's why they send the Wrong Items.
