Bought a watch. Couldn’t replace the band so returned it (I had to pay for it) . It’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for refund. Emailed 3 x and haven’t heard back. Website down. So now not sure of they are still in business?

Anti-consumer Practices
I did receive my watch, but it looks incredibly cheap. A $250 watch that resembles a $15 fairground trinket. I'm currently requesting a refund. They heavily manipulated the photos of the watch (I bought the limited edition CD disk watch). It looks vibrant and high-quality in the photos and videos, but mine looks like it has a greyscale filter over it. It's terrible, especially after waiting for months without getting an estimated delivery date until after the purchase. This company engages in predatory advertising practices and should be avoided at all costs.
Do not buy from them
The watch was supposed to arrive within 10 days after ordering, but it's been a week and it's still not ready to be sent from their facilities. It won't meet the indicated shipment speed. And based on the comments I'm reading now, I don't think I'll ever get it. If it is the case I will sue them
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. No watch was ever sent. The customer service e-mail never responded. The phone number goes to voicemail and then no one calls back. I consider them to be fraudulent.
Highly recommend if you're looking to up the comfort and style of your smart watch.
I purchased a Projects Watches artisan apple watch strap as a Christmas present for my daughter. The order was processed quickly and arrived at my home in Canada from the US in just a couple of days. My daughter says she keeps getting compliments and the strap is absolutely much more comfortable than the apple band that came with her watch.

Great piece for a great price
Got the Wide Light style for my bf during the Black Friday sale. Got it within a week via USPS with no issues. Beautiful packaging, watch is in perfect condition. I don’t know much about watches, so I don’t know if this quality will last for years and years. But it’s a such a cool style, looks like great quality, has a rly nice weight to it & it was an amazing price. So excited to gift this for Xmas.
Unprofessional and unresponsive
I have been following Projects Watches on Instagram for a while. After some point they reached out to me and offered a free watch (perhaps thanks to my amount of followers). I was very happy and asked what is required and was told nothing, just to send them my email and shipping address. I did, after which silence. I followed up a month later, and was told I'd get the tracking "once ready". I followed up yet again a month later to ask if this was serious and I could expect a watch or not. Silence. I tried several more inquiries, all of which were ignored.
Note I never expected a free watch, but as they offered of course I very happily accepted and was very excited to be getting a watch. However, I can only assume they were not serious and the silence after was just entirely unprofessional. It's now been 3 months and after several final messages to ask if I could expect at least a reply, I now give up. I'm not sure whether it was a scam, just unprofessional, or any other issues. But based on the way this was handled I would now not ever order an actual watch there, even though I really like the designs.
Please get your customer service right, and only approach influencers if you actually follow through.
I was polite throughout the whole process and never expected anything. Shame, this ruins the company for me.
Watch delivered unmarked in 18 days
I've recently ordered a watch (Reveal mesh to be exact) which was delivered to Slovakia successfully. It has taken 18 days for them to deliver. The customer service was friendly, and helped me with every problem i had, that was only on the DLH's side. Watch quality is amazing. I have nothing to complain about other than the messy handling that DLH did.
Positive experience
I purchased the Bauhaus steel watch on 7th September 2023. It arrived in the UK (from the USA) safely on 19th September. The packaging was secure and so far the watch is running as designed/intended. I had seen on other reviews that apparently sometimes packages didn't arrive or took longer than expected. I'm happy to report that my watch arrived within the expected timeframe. Not sure what's happened with other customers, but I would be happy to shop at this company again.
Don't buy anything here. Nothing has been delivered
I bought a watch on August. A couple of days I got an email with a tracking code. But there are no updates whatsoever in this tracking. A shipment label was created and that was it for weeks.
I complained, and the company sent me a new order, for free. But well, guess what? The same behaviour again: A shipment label is created, and no updates for days.
It seems to me that they don't have the watch available and they are buying themselves time by creating ghost orders and lying to customers.
Definitely do not recommend.
Buy at your own peril
Lovely watches, dreadful customer service and shipping. Ordered a watch in April for delivery in May. It is now August, and I am still 100 quid down with nothing to show for it. They claimed it was "stuck in customs", but then a month later did it only get handed to DHL, meaning they likely lied to me to explain delays to either manufacture or procurement. They did, to their credit, knock 10 pounds off the price. But still.
The person running the info email address is weirdly dismissive and does not resolve anything. They don't take your concern seriously, and will give you no information or time line.
My watch is apparently still with either DHL or Evri somewhere in the UK. If I do not have this watch in the next week, I intend to ask for a refund and spend my money somewhere else.
A shame, as their products are nicely designed. But not nice enough that I'm willing to have to chase up someone every few weeks. Exhausting.
UPDATE:
Courier has lost the parcel. Requested a full refund. An absolutely miserable experience start to finish, avoid.
Unique and fun design, disappointing quality
The designs are definitely unique. I ordered the "time adds up" watch and it looks great. Since it was a new watch, the delivery date got pushed back 2 months, but they updated the website accordingly and I got an update within 2 days after contacting the support.
One huge point of criticism is, that the watch feels kind of cheap. The dial has a plastic frame and the wristbands (I got one leather and one mesh band) feel cheap as well. The closing mechanism rattles a lot. In this price range I have had higher quality watches.
But nonetheless, the watch is a fun and good looking accessory. Just don' expect too much from the quality.
Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. The tracking app showed delivery dates which kept moving. At one point my watch was due the next day, that was a month ago! They do not answer any emails. Update; eventually responded and declared ‘shipment lost’ reshaped, arrived and happy with the watch.
Ordered a watch in April to ship in…
Ordered a watch in April to ship in May, there has been no communication about delays from them, I’ve had to contact them every two-three weeks to get updates because they don’t say anything if its delayed! They don’t tell you anything!
After I again followed up to know about any updates, I was told they were “hopeful” it would ship in June, it’s the end of June and it will be almost three months since I’ve ordered, and almost two months late on being shipped.
Honestly the way they do business has really pissed me off, terrible communication.
I will give them the fact they had refunded me 10% of the watch - but that is probably because it was my first (and last) time buying from them, and you can get that discount as a first time buyer.
It’s been a pretty bad experience and honestly if they don’t ship within the next week I’m just going to cancel my order because this whole thing has become ridiculous now.

They told me it would ship 29th June - and it said that it did. But it turns out they only created a shipping label and did not actually send the watch to UPS until the 6th of July, after I complained - after I found out they had lied to me. Projectswatches has terrible customer service via email, no apologies, nothing.
No one messages you back if you have legit complaints. They have money to pay influencers to advertise their products but not to improve the way they do business. Never buying from here again.
Really bad
Ordered a watch in March or so, and it did say the watch only ships in may, which isn't that bad for me. However not only did i have to pay the normal American taxes despite me being in Germany, I also had to pay an additional 25% in taxes once the watch arrived, which I wasn't warned about anywhere. Tried to reach out to customer service about 4 or 5 times, never even got a response.
So i had to pay, instead of the 120 Euros stated on the website, 180 Euros, a 33% (or 50%) increase. Insanity.
The watch is pretty cool though, that's why I'm not giving it 1 star.
4 months, no watches!
I ordered 2 watches start of March and they still have not been shipped. There has been no communication about delays.
I have requested a refund as this is ridiculous.
