So far excellent service and installation. Office team sorted DNO (Grid authorisation) delays, Sales guy Nick far too good, installers Danny and Lewis very neat, efficient and knowledgable. Installation completed in less than 4 hours.

Good start with sales but had to take more photos so another return.
Some concerns from installers not trusting photos.
Problem with scaffolding coming 2 days before installation which was not mentioned.
Otherwise so far so good

Great company to deal with…
Megan came to our place today to tell us about their solar panels and how it all worked.
She was very informative and told us all we needed to know about their system and how it all works and the saving we could achieve.
At no point did we feel pressured into anything and was very pleasant and helpful in giving us all the facts.
We decided to go ahead with them and signed the contract.
Would highly recommend them for your solar needs.. 10/10 all round.

The guys who came were friendly
The guys who came were friendly, very efficient and helpful. I couldn’t fault them.
However I’m still awaiting the removal of the scaffolding which I hope will be soon

Can't fault them!
I started from a position of hyper-cautious scepticism, because of the poor reputation the solar industry has in general due to firms going bust left right and center. However I was pleasantly surprised to find that dealing with project solar was un-pressured and professional throughout. The quotation price was very attractive (in fact cheaper than some local firms) and Maxwell answered all my questions fully. The best bit was that unlike every other firm I contacted, PSolar could do it within a fortnight! The same guy (Ryan)who did the survey, did the install, and he was friendly and open to discussing various cable routing options to keep cabling discreet. The install itself only took a morning, the power was only off for 10 - 15 minutes or so, and the tidy up was ok (that's the only bit that could have been improved). The inverter and batteries are functioning perfectly and I have subsequently added my own solar panels to my flat garage roof (which, if you know what you're doing, is virtually plug and play) and the whole system just works 🙂. Emma and the accounts department were great to deal with and all the paperwork was delivered by email within hours of me making the final payment. I fully recommend Proj Solar.

The team are exellent
The team are exellent. They helped every step of the way. The scaffolding lads turned up when they said. They were polite and friendly. Got the job sorted in the extreme heat. Great bunch 😎👍.
The fitting crew rocked up next day unloaded ready to start work at 8:00am. The 2 man crew were also professional and friendly, worked clean and tidy none stop until the job was complete. They got me logged on the app and generating.
The quality of the work was spot on,
And I am very picky. I can't praise them enough.
Would highly recommend them to every body. 👍👍👍😁 😎

Bogdan & Razvan came to fit my system…
Bogdan & Razvan came to fit my system and they have been brilliant. They have had to deal with 30degree heat out side (even hotter in the loft) and did it all with a smile on their faces. I’ve also cast my eye over the install as a professional tradesman myself and I’m incredibly pleased with the high quality job they’ve done. Thanks guys

Jim was a great, knowledgeable person. Went through all the key details of my house, EPC rating, how much I can save and easy costs to pay back. Took photos of the house and was able to give me accurate details on what I could spend/save.

Had a very interesting conversation…
Had a very interesting conversation with Eloise regarding solar panels (as well as a discussion about the French name).
I was very impressed with the honesty of Eloise associated with the true value/returns of the installation costs. In our case of being low usage, we would not get our money back within reasonable time scales, despite not having to pay VAT on installation.
This regains my faith that not all Sales are so push as to try and rip customers off!
Once again I'm very impressed Eloise.

Amazing from the start
Amazing from the start. Planning session was really good, advised us on exactly what we were after. Communication from the office is brilliant and the installation team were fantastic. 12 panels plus 2 batteries etc fitted in 3 hours in 32 degree heat. Unbelievable!
