I had an issue with the 2025 advent calendar, which was promptly rectified by the customer service advisor who arranged for the missing item to be immediately sent out. Thank you for your understanding and I wish you every success for the future.
I bought the project plump advent calendar, supposedly worth £195 🙄 I paid just over £50 for it, that was still way too much, the main pull for me was the plump fix serum that’s advertised by the influencers, the serum weren’t in the box, it was obviously replaced with something else, all 4 of the lip colours are not nice at all 😡 definitely would not recommend to anyone, just glad I never bought it for my granddaughter for a Christmas present!!!!
