Thank you very much for helping me with my projector.

The screen was certainly expensive but good quality, had nothing to compare to. Our main challenge was the screen, directions were decent but extremely hard to assemble and hang on the wall properly!! We probably needed a professional installer!

Purchase of my projector was a great experience and seamless.

The product

The fixed Shadowscape screen for long-throw projectors has an absolutely amazing picture. It blocks plenty of ambient light for daytime viewing and the viewing angle is superb. Contrast is outstanding with pretty rich blacks. I have several windows in my loft along with sliding glass doors. The windows are positioned on two sides of the screen and behind the viewer. I have no problem watching it during the daytime. It is a low gain screen for medium/high lumen projectors and works fantastically with my setup.
The guys at projectorscreen.com kept insisting I purchase this screen for my Nebula X1 projector and they nailed it. I completely trust this company to lead me in the right direction for home theater needs. Do not hesitate to reach out for their guidance.

Bought a Formovie Theater UST in June of 2023, product failed after 3 light years of use, my complaint is that the Projector Screen Store censors out negative reviews on their products, which is why I ended up here to let other customers know their 4.8 star ratings are FUGAZI. recommend reviewing reviews on Trustpilot, AVS Forums and even Reddit as the Projector Screen Stores are fake. I won't be buying any more $3200 products from them in the future. Also they are front store for a bunch of off brand products and have no way to service anything they sell. I have been corresponding with someone in China trying to get my product repaired. I also provided a copy of my receipt to Trustpilot which clearly states projectorscreen.com

Another update 10/8/2026
They want me to schedule pickup. So I just paid for a pickup label with UPS to City of Industry CA. I am paying another $240 to ship it back? So now this repair is $604? Also at no point in the dialog with PS.com did they offer to provide a repair, and their trouble shooting was laughable, "power it off, unplug it, plug it back in, hold down the power button" as a former tech it was frustrating dealing with the chatbot .

My projector had multiple issues within first year of purchase. Reached out to ProjectorScreen customer support multiple times. Very poor customer service. Essentially they are the middleman in the projector business. It has taken me 6 months to get a partial solution. I got a screen with ripples in it. Nothing customer service can do. Left me to talk to the manufacturer who is in China, who couldnt provide a solution. Would caution everyone away from this company. Not a positive experience. Spent $2,000 and got a terrible experience.

Ordered a couple items through ProjectorScreen.com. My floor rising screen showed up promptly and worked no problem! They were upfront about shipping times and helped me through every step of the way. Also purchased a motorized shelf for my UST and it made a big difference setting up my projector. I would recommend them to anyone who needs home theater equipment!

They don’t state if they don’t have the item in stock. Been waiting 2 weeks they said me a link from some weird Chinese company that I guess it gets shopped straight here. No tracking number nothing. When I messaged them they said I should call the shipper not their problem.still waiting. Still

I ordered wall paint ($200) for my projector on 05/23. A week after on 05/30, I contacted their customer service to check on the order. They assured me it would ship the following Monday (06/02). On 06/08, I had follow up again and they finally shipped the paint on 06/09, which I received on 06/11, almost 3 weeks after placing my order. I give the poor rating because I had to actively contact their customer service to get the order fulfilled. I also asked if they could give me some discount for the inconvenience. After flatly refusing, they agreed to a $5 discount, which quite doesn't do it. Overall, disappointed with the service.

We’ll see how it goes. Didn’t have the best interaction with Brian. Will update my review accordingly in a couple weeks.

I must be very unlucky as I hd to go through 3 different projectors before I got one that was problem free. I was lucky however that I purchased my projector from projectorscreen.com.
My first projector was an LG HU915QB, a very expensive UST projector. After about 3 weeks or so it started to have power issues and would randomly shutoff while watching tv.
Instead of making me deal with warranty service from LG, they handled the replacement themselves and sent me another brand new unit.
Unfortunately my new unit developed the same problem. At this point I was fed up with LG and didn’t want to have this repaired or replaced with a new one.
Cristiane helped me by letting me return this unit and get a different model which actually ended up being less expensive and now I have a perfectly functioning Formovie Theater UST and a couple thousand dollars back in my bank account.
I will be upgrading my receiver and speakers soon too and will certainly be buying them from projectorscreen.com

High quality screens for projectors - improved the quality of image substantially.
