Ordered a toy for my nephew as a Christmas present, was told delivery would be within 3-5 days. It did not arrive on time and emails requesting a delivery date were ignored. As of yet the order still has not even been despatched. I have since emailed asking to cancel and fully refund my order.

Fun toys ordered for Christmas for young grandchildren. I love that these are designed with challenging play without screentime.
The games did not arrive by Christmas, however the company alerted me about this and gave me a choice of cancelling order or accepting later with a partial credit. (Apparently they were shipped from China.) I took the credit option and this was promptly handled and the gifts arrived within the week.

I hardly ever give a five cause there is always room for improvement but I can’t think of anything right now

We ordered the LED Busy Board, Sticks and Rings Builder and Magnetic Dots Board for our almost 3 year old. They are definitely toys that he will enjoy as he gets a little bit older. The quality was good and they reminded me of old school simple toys that promoted creativity and critical thinking.

Delivery took awhile but the toy is great.

Was a great gift for my nephew! Lovely wood and metal toddler instruments!

Awesome puzzles, challenging yet doable, want to keep this site for future gifting.

A few days after placing our order, we were notified that 1 of the 3 items we ordered would not arrive in time for Christmas. We were given a credit for this inconvenience. This conscientious customer service was impressive, appreciated and has made us loyal customers!

Our grandson luvs the Montessori 10 piece musical toy set. He dances, laughs and has the best time playing with it

My order was placed on 7th of December and was supposed to be a Christmas present for my grandson.
Maybe it can be used as a birthday present instead as it still hasn’t arrived and it’s the 29th December.
Despite getting in touch with this company twice I am still waiting on a response, other than a multi lingual computer generated response.
I feel let down. Very disappointing

shipping took a long time. Two boxes came crushed on the edges and these are boxes the items need to be stored in. They ship in just a plastic bag, so there is no protection.

The toys are aducational , my kid played with it with joy. Safe for babies , and not noisy.

Bought for grandchildren, and very pleased with the bright colours and variety.

Over 3 weeks since ordering and the item has still not arrived. Missed Christmas. Have since found comparable item cheaper on Amazon. No reason to use this useless service ever again. Avoid.

The girls experiment kit is at the right level for my almost 7 year old granddaughter to read and follow the instructions. We had fun doing several together. I didn’t give 5 stars because the order didn’t arrive until the day before Christmas, despite having ordered it early and there was no indication when it would arrive.

Toy book was the highlight -
the only gift of Christmas that was immediately
Played with all activity stopped to make time for the rplay

I have reached out to customer service 4 times. Two times there was no response, twice a standard "we received your inquiry" with zero follow up.

One of the two items I ordered never made it to me - looks as though it was confirmed ordered but nothing else beyond that. I would not recommend ordering from this company. There is no way to reach them other then email and they do not respond.

I have no expectations of receiving the item ordered or of getting my money back (which at this point is what I would prefer since Christmas has come and gone).

I'm giving it 2 stars because one time made it and my nephew liked it.
