Claimed they cancelled my order for NO REASON, I got a confirmation email but no email about cancellation, also claim I didn't contact them when I did send them an email, +i didn't even cancel the order to begin with nor did I get an email about it.

You contacted us 4 times within 5 minutes including our personal Instagram accounts. We said it was unnecessary to message us on all our personal social medias and never said that it was unnecessary to message us about a problem as we were trying to help which we have evidence for. All order enquires must go through the website and defiantly not through our personal social media.
In response to the blocking, this is a complete lie. You have blocked us on Instagram and we have evidence of this.
The problem you're having is highly likely to be an allergy to the material which happens for some people, we have all materials in the description of each product and have a product care guide.
After you contacted us on the website we responded straight away asking for evidence which you could not supply.

Improvement
The jewellery pieces are great but the chain does look a bit manly. Like how on mens chains the holes are big and bulky snd woman's are much smaller.

In response to your review, the description of each necklace we have the width of each chain, also the photo shows the type. Our necklaces don't mention anything about gender, our photos are of the actual product so you can see what they're like.
