Having had a bad experience with the company their response was excellent and my initial experience was superseded by quality customer service and I am now writing this review ( I thought I had already done so ) to compliment them on doing everything they could to help. Samuel was extremely helpful in explaining how to use the charger and guiding me through the app installation and setup process. He made sure I understood all the key features, including how to start charging, monitor usage, and manage settings through the app.
Even though the charger was pre-installed, the support I received made a big difference. The app was easy to set up, and the clear explanation ensured I could start using everything confidently right away.

Excellent Customer Service / Technical Assistance
Had the charger 2 years without issue before discovering the installer (not from P-EV) had set a limited on current! Spoke to Lewis Woollett at Project EV today, who was excellent. Took control of the unit remotely, updated the firmware, tested the current (now full beans!) and handed it back to me in such a short space of time. Super polite, patient, helpful and competent. Great service.

Great charger
Great charger, had a bit of a problem with the app so contacted Project EV for help. It took a few emails back and forth to sort the issue but Sam was always quick to reply and got the app working perfectly on my android phone.
